"I transform lives by helping women believe they can do hard things. Because I did."
My story started as one girl's struggle with her body and her confidence. But the data shows it was never just my story. It's a global crisis. This is why I do what I do.
Dove Real State of Beauty Report, April 2024
33,000 women across 20 countries. The largest study ever conducted by a beauty brand. With Dr. Nancy Etcoff, Harvard University, and Dr. Susie Orbach, London School of Economics.
Alaias Fittz is the founder and CEO of The Health Co., a media and production company on a mission to reach 100 million women and change how they think about themselves, their health, and what's possible.
Her story begins in Cleveland: overweight, deeply insecure, and surrounded by a family environment marked by addiction and loss. Determined to create a different future, she lost more than 75 pounds, earned a Division I Track & Field scholarship to Michigan State University, and graduated with a double major in Accounting and Marketing.
After college, she joined EA Sports, where she created and led Field the Future, a brand marketing program that impacted more than 1,000 students annually and provided over $100,000 in scholarships for students pursuing STEM degrees. Alaias successfully pitched and secured support from organizations including Nike, Microsoft, and the NFL to help bring the vision to life.
Today, her work has generated more than 27 million YouTube views, supports a growing team of six, serves executive consulting clients, and continues to expand through her platform as Miss Lake Nona USA, competing at Miss Florida USA 2026.
She isn't just a content creator. She's proof that the story you tell yourself determines the life you build.

Before losing 75 pounds, Alaias spent years chasing restrictive diets, quick fixes, and unsustainable solutions that left her feeling frustrated and defeated.
Her breakthrough came when she stopped focusing on becoming smaller and started focusing on becoming healthier. By building simple, sustainable habits and changing the way she thought about fitness, she transformed her life and maintained that transformation for more than six years.
Her story was later featured by Business Insider as an example of long-term, sustainable weight loss.
If you're a brand, podcast host or a woman ready to change her life, there are many ways we can work together.
